On 19th October, the Guangdong Nanshan Institute of Pharmaceutical Innovation held the “Nanshan Institute Nanhai 4th Anniversary Series Event” in Foshan. Fu Hongqiao, Director of the Alumni Affairs and Social Cooperation Office of the School of Business Administration (SBA) at Zhongnan University of Economics and Law (ZUEL), attended the event and presented the plaque of the “ZUEL Industry-University-Research Base” to the institute. The plaque was received by Xia Kai, Deputy Director of the Institute and Vice President of the ZUEL Foshan Alumni Association.
The new base will serve as an important platform for collaborative innovation between the university and enterprises. Both sides will deepen cooperation in six key areas:
(1) Party building collaboration– leveraging their exemplary roles in Party building within universities and social organizations;
(2) Education and training– conducting a series of professional training programs supported by ZUEL’s strong faculty resources;
(3) Talent cultivation– jointly developing enterprise-university cooperation models for talent training;
(4) Industrial financial services– building an integrated financial service platform to support enterprise financing, investment, and listing;
(5) “Wuhan–Greater Bay Area” innovation hub– promoting the transformation of scientific achievements and the exchange of high-level talents;
(6) Alumni cooperation– integrating alumni resources for investment promotion, incubation, project roadshows, and industrial investment.
The inauguration marks a new step for ZUEL and the Nanshan Institute in promoting industry-university-research integration and regional collaborative innovation.
