On the evening of 22nd November 2025, the 15th "If·Dance" Freshmen Dance Competition of the School of Business Administration of Zhongnan University of Economics and Law grandly opened at Shouyi Auditorium on Shouyi Campus. Teachers and students gathered to witness the new generation of business youth showing vitality and charm through dance.
Vice Dean Xiong Wei of the SBA, Deputy Party Secretary Yuan Yuan of the SBA, Deputy Party Secretary Zuo Si of the School of Economics and Trade, Class Tutor Li Yingli of Grade 2025, Undergraduate Counselors Liu Xiaojia and Nan Tianliang of Grade 2025, Counselor Chen Yiping of Grade 2025 from the School of Economics and Trade, and teachers from various departments and offices attended the competition. Judges included Wang Ping who undertakes the school’s art and social etiquette teaching, Dong Zhenhao and Zhang Ting from the Physical Education Department, and Su Tianyu who serves as art director of the Vocal Music Department of Wuhan Conservatory of Music and teacher of the School of Art of Huazhong University of Science and Technology.
The Dance Group of the SBA Art Troupe took the lead with the opening dance "Oriental".
Representative programs shone brightly.
During the comment session, Teacher Dong Zhenhao affirmed the students’ efforts, praised the program selection content form and emotion, and emphasized that aesthetic education is an important way for college students’ all-round development.
Finally, the awards were announced: Business Administration Class 2506 won the first prize; International Trade Experiment Class 2501 and Business Administration Class 2504 won the second prize; Business Administration Class 2503, Business Administration Class 2505 and Business Administration Experiment Class 2501 won the third prize.

The competition ended with the song "Xiaonan’s New Voice" by the Vocal Music Group of the SBA Art Troupe. Freshmen interpreted the diverse possibilities of youth through dance, and the SBA students will continue to dance their infinite potential in the journey of pursuing dreams.
