On 22nd October 2025, the School of Business Administration (SBA) of Zhongnan University of Economics and Law (ZUEL), together with the “Lingxin Empowerment” Aesthetic Education Studio, organized a corporate visit to the Wuhan Operation Center of Midea Group, with over forty students participating under the guidance of Instructor Xu Yiling.
The visit included a tour of the enterprise exhibition hall and office space, a live demonstration of small home appliances, and themed presentations followed by interactive discussions. Students gained an up-close understanding of Midea’s transformation from a traditional manufacturer into a global technology company, exploring its technological innovation, corporate culture, and talent development mechanisms.
Through immersive activities and direct conversations with company representatives, students deepened their understanding of industry trends and career pathways. The visit strengthened university–enterprise collaboration, broadened students’ professional horizons, and provided strong support for SBA’s efforts in fostering industry-education integration and practice-oriented learning.
